• Error 2 — brewing-unit drive problem (mechanical blockage)
• Error 3 — thermoblock temperature sensor fault
• Error 4 — the thermoblock does not reach the required temperature
• Error 5 — drip tray overflow, or a drip-tray sensor problem
• Error 6 — flow meter problem (no water-flow signal)
• Error 7 — pump problem (no pressure)
• Error 8 — communication error with the control board (electronics fault)
• Error 9 — grinder motor problem
• Error 10 — water-level sensor fault in the tank
• Error 11 — steam valve problem
• Error 12 — brewing-unit drive error (specific to the 8xx/9xx series)

How to send a Nivona coffee machine to the workshop

We serve customers across Poland. This is how the process works:

2. Shipping — pack the machine in its original box or a carton with padding (polystyrene, bubble wrap). Remove the water tank and the grounds container. Send it to:

3. Diagnosis — once the machine arrives we diagnose it within 1-2 working days and contact you with a quote.
4. Repair — after you accept the quote, the repair usually takes 3-7 working days.
5. Collection — we send the machine back by courier, or you can collect it in person at our workshop in Lodz.

Collection in Lodz — we can also collect the machine from a home or office in Lodz and the surrounding area. Transport is quoted individually.

Warranty on the repair

Every repair we complete comes with a 3-month warranty. The warranty covers:

• The spare parts we replaced
• The labor (the repair work)
• A further diagnosis if the same fault comes back

We give an exact quote after diagnosis. We do not start a repair without the customer's approval.

The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect use after the repair (for example skipped descaling, unsuitable coffee, or mechanical damage).
