AGD Group is a specialist coffee machine repair company operating in Poland (Łódź) since 2015. AGD SERVICE GROUP Sp. z o.o. was registered in the National Court Register in 2022, but our team has been repairing machines for over 10 years — previously in other countries. In that time we have completed more than 12,000 repairs and built a reputation as a reliable service centre. We work with private customers and businesses alike.
Our workshop is in Łódź at Al. Włókniarzy 234A, equipped with diagnostic stations, professional tools and a stock of the most common spare parts. Most repairs take 2–5 working days; simpler faults are often fixed on the day of drop-off. You can bring a machine in person or send it by courier — we serve customers across Poland.
How does a repair work?
The process at AGD Group is clear and structured. After we receive the machine we run an initial check to identify the main symptoms and overall condition. Then we perform a full internal inspection — we open the machine and check the brew unit, hydraulics, grinder, pump, heater and electronics.
After diagnostics we prepare a detailed quote and contact you for approval. Only then do we replace parts and complete the repair. Every repaired machine goes through final tests — brew pressure, water temperature, grind quality, milk frothing and seal integrity. We return the machine in full working order.

Every repair job is handled in a modern digital system — from fault registration to handover. We minimise idle time and human error. Automation speeds up diagnostics, part matching and stage control.
The system notifies you of repair status by SMS and email. Every status change — intake, diagnostics, quote approval, completion — is sent automatically, so you do not need to call to ask “where is my machine?”
