These service terms (public offer) apply to coffee machine repair and related services provided by AGD SERVICE GROUP Sp. z o.o., Al. Włókniarzy 234A, 90-556 Łódź.
Scope
Diagnostics, repair, maintenance, cleaning, part replacement and related services for automatic and professional coffee machines, including courier intake and return where ordered.
Ordering a repair
You submit a service request (form, phone or email). We confirm intake conditions, possible costs (diagnostics / repair) and logistics. Work beyond agreed scope starts only after your acceptance of the quote.
Lead times and warranty
Lead times depend on fault complexity and parts availability and are confirmed individually. Completed repairs are covered by a service warranty of up to 12 months under the conditions in the binding Polish document.
Payment
Service fees are paid on collection / as agreed (cash, card or transfer). A VAT invoice is issued after payment.
