AGD Group is an independent after-warranty coffee machine service — we repair machines after the manufacturer warranty with our own 6–12 month service warranty and genuine parts. We are not an authorised ASC; if the unit is still under factory warranty, we will help you contact the brand service. Is it worth repairing a coffee machine?
Yes — repairing a coffee machine is usually worthwhile, especially for mid- and high-range automatics. A professional repair can extend the life of the machine by several years, while a new comparable model costs much more. Whether your specific machine is worth repairing depends on the model and fault. At AGD Group we never quote “blind”: first we inspect (70 PLN, deducted from the repair if you proceed), prepare a photo report of the faults and send a detailed quote. The decision is always yours — if the cost does not make sense, you can collect the machine without repair.
What are the most common coffee machine faults?
Based on over 12,000 repairs by AGD Group in Łódź (2015–2026), the most common faults are: jammed brew unit, hydraulic leaks, empty water circuit despite a full tank, electronic errors such as “Error 8” on Jura and Nivona, milk frothing issues and clogged Pannarello nozzles, worn ceramic grinders, mainboard faults and noisy pumps.
