Rules for returning and exchanging goods purchased in the AGD Group online store.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions (e.g. sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed).
How to return

- Send the unused goods with complete packaging and proof of purchase to: AGD SERVICE GROUP Sp. z o.o., Al. Włókniarzy 234A, 90-556 Łódź
- After we accept the return, we refund using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise
Complaints
If goods are defective, please describe the fault and send photos where helpful. We will respond within the statutory time limits.
