Saeco, Philips and Gaggia programmer — B2B service tools
A section for professional coffee-machine workshops. Here you will find the PSG Link service programmer — an independent tool for control-board programming after replacement, flashing firmware and EEPROM maps, and reading parameters and counters on Philips (EP, Baristina), Saeco and Gaggia machines. The programmer connects via a service cable or infrared (IR) and works with a web cabinet in the browser — no software install.
What you can buy here
- PSG Link programmer — kit — programmer, power supply, USB-C cable and two service cables; cabinet access with ~1 180 models, ~2 150 firmware files and ~1 980 EEPROM maps. Pre-sale EUR 550 (regular EUR 800), shipping from 1 Jan 2027.
- Flash credit — EUR 10 per successful firmware or EEPROM flash; parameter readout is free and unlimited.
- IR module for older Saeco / Gaggia with an infrared port, and processors with service bootloader — on request.
What the programmer is for
- Mainboard or CPU replacement — a new board (or empty CPU with bootloader) needs the correct firmware and EEPROM map for the model and 12NC; without it the machine will not start or reports errors.
- Corrupted software — machine freezes, reboot loops, wrong counters after a power surge: reflashing firmware restores operation without board replacement.
- Diagnostics — read brew/descaling counters, firmware version and parameters before repair; printout for the customer.
Full model catalogue with “port: cable / IR” filter is in the cabinet demo; how it works, programming process and pricing — in the article PSG Link: Saeco / Philips / Gaggia programmer. B2B sales only (VAT invoice).
