Jura series — from ENA to GIGA

• ENA (ENA 4, ENA 8) — smallest premium automatics (~27 cm wide) for single households. Compact housing makes DIY hard — most repairs need workshop teardown.
• E-line (E4, E6, E8) — mid range with P.E.P.; E8 with Fine Foam and a rich drink menu. Our most common home-service models.
• S-line (S8) — large home machine, chrome, 4.3" screen, dual bean hoppers.
• J-line (J8, J8 Twin) — premium with two grinders (Twin) and 8th-generation brew group.
• Z-line (Z10) — Cold Brew and 3D Brewing; hot and cold drinks in one machine.
• GIGA (GIGA 10) — dual grind/brew systems for offices and HoReCa (80+ cups/day).
• W-line (WE6, WE8) — office series: large tanks (~3 l water, 500 g beans) and self-cleaning features.

Jura technologies that matter in the workshop

• P.E.P. — pulsed extraction; hydraulic faults are often mistaken for “weak coffee” or a bad grind.
• Fine Foam — milk system needs regular milk-cleaner use; neglect is the top cause of “no foam”.
• 3D Brewing (Z10) — fuller extraction; relevant when diagnosing taste after seal work.
• J.O.E. — Bluetooth control; connectivity issues do not replace mechanical brew-group and pump diagnostics.
• Intelligent Water System — CLARIS filter talks to the electronics; a spent or inactive filter speeds up scale despite a “green” app status.

AGD Group is an independent workshop with proven parts and experience across home and office Jura lines. We are not a manufacturer warranty point — we repair after warranty and outside the ASO network, often cheaper and faster with the same consumable quality. Daily Jura care

Empty drip tray and grounds daily, rinse the milk circuit after milk drinks, replace CLARIS by water hardness and do not skip tablet-clean prompts. Once a year a seal service is cheaper than a brew-group failure. Schedule: Jura maintenance.

Is an older Jura worth repairing?

Usually yes: typical repair cost (seals, hose, pump, brew-group drive) is far below a new E8 or Z10. Exceptions are machines with repeated electronics damage after flooding — after diagnostics we say clearly when replacement is cheaper. Every decision follows a photo quote.

Nationwide courier pickup

You do not need to live in Łódź. Courier picks up a packed machine at your door; we diagnose with photos, send a quote and repair after approval. After pressure and taste tests the machine returns with warranty on the work done. Especially useful for Error 8 and Fill System — home reset tricks rarely fix the root cause.

Why E6 / E8 dominate the workshop

E6 and E8 are the most serviced Jura automatics in Poland: popular, expensive to replace new, complex enough that DIY ends in a cracked housing. Typical lifecycle: 3–5 years without service → louder operation → Fill System or Error 8. Early seal replacement and drain-hose check usually cost far less than a brew-group drive. If an E8 Fine Foam “dies” overnight, rule out neglected milk cleaning first: Jura milk system.
