Typical De’Longhi faults
From 3,000+ De’Longhi repairs at AGD Group, the most common issues are:
- Water leaks — brew-group seals (especially ECAM after 3–4 years). O-rings need replacement.
- General Alarm — brew group stuck with scale or old coffee residue.
- LatteCrema problems — clogged milk nozzles, worn carafe seals. Regular cleaning extends life.
- Weak coffee flow — blocked hydraulics from irregular descaling or pump failure.
- Grinder won’t grind / grinds too fine — worn burrs or drive gear damage.

Workshop practice — what we see on ECAM
Opened Magnifica and Dinamica units most often show brew-group seal wear, LatteCrema deposits and scale when descaling was skipped. Customers describe “sudden General Alarm” — in practice the brew group needs cleaning or seals, not a full board swap. Quotes separate LatteCrema, brew group and hydraulics. Courier from anywhere in Poland is standard once the machine is drained. Home checklist: rinse the brew group weekly, clean milk after every milk drink, descale by water hardness, replace DLS on schedule.
