Fits models (3):
Order from AGD Group — coffee machine parts shop and service in Łódź.
Please note that we do not provide spare-part selection, consultations or recommendations for coffee machine repairs.
All orders are placed through the online store, and goods are shipped from warehouses in various countries.
Please do not call our service centres — parts are delivered to the workshop for a specific repair only.
Service centres have no warehouses or retail counters
Goods are delivered within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. The courier will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time. When collecting the parcel, the courier already has a shipping label ready — you do not need to attach one yourself. Each shipment gets a tracking number. Enter it in the “Track shipments” section to see the exact location of your parcel.
When sending equipment, pack it properly to protect it from damage in transit. Parcels packed in bags, paper carriers or only wrapped in film are not considered properly packed and will not be accepted for shipping. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
